Wholesale Account Information

Before placing a wholesale order,  your account must be approved by the Meissenburg sales office.  We will request a federal EIN number, along with your state resale number.  Once your account has been approved, we will generate a unique login for your company. We currently are not selling to any new website-only businesses.

 

 

Terms

Our terms are credit card only.  We do not inventory product, as all orders are made to your specifications right here in Montana.  Every order is a custom order.  We, therefore, require a form of guaranteed payment (payment-in-advance or credit card).  We happily accept all credit cards and Paypal.   WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REMIT PAYMENT ONLINE.  Please opt to have us charge the credit card on file, once an order has shipped.

 

Minimums/Turn-around Time

We require a minimum opening order.   After the minimum order, accounts can order single signs and we will even drop ship to your customers in other areas.  Please call us for more information on minimums and current turn-around time.  We are also happy to send you a paper catalog, at your request. 

 

Shipping

We use a standard flat rate shipping program for all shipments within the US and Canada.  Please refer to the back of our paper catalog for current rates.   Our preferred carrier is UPS.  All international shipments will be mailed through the USPS at actual rate.  Drop ship orders are accepted via fax, email or snail-mail.  

 

Contact the sales office if you receive a damaged product.  We will make a claim with UPS and send out a replacement at N/C.   

 

Personalization

All of our signs can be personalized where indicated online or in the catalog- free of charge!  You are welcome to customize our signs however your see fit- depending on your location and your customer.  Other changes can also be made to signs for an upcharge- color changes/fonts.  Please call us for more information on those charges.

 

Customer Service and Guaranteed Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any sign for any reason, please give us a call.  We will do our best to remedy the situation.  We replace any sign we've misspelled or that was sent in error.
